Metro Women’s Business Center

About Us

The Metro Women’s Business Center was inaugurated in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, in 2022, with Friends of Puerto Rico as the host and powered and partially funded by the Small Business Administration (SBA).

Our’s women business center will create a thriving ecosystem of entrepreneurs in the Bayamon and San Juan regions. It will also serve as a hub to access the tools, capital, knowledge, and networks to create a supportive environment where entrepreneurs and the local community will grow their businesses, allowing the accelerated growth of an economic hub and the commercialization of new businesses in Puerto Rico.

The Metro Women’s Business Center provides essential resources to entrepreneurs wherever they are in their process: from support through the conceptual stage to creating a startup business and achieving sustainability. Additionally, the center supports established small business owners and entrepreneurs to help maximize the growth potential of their existing businesses.
