Surely you saw on social networks that several companies were fined for not having the permits of their business visible. For that reason, we want to share with you a checklist of the permits that must be visible in your business.
Visible Business Permits Checklist:
Registry of Merchants – Department of the Treasury
Remember that the Merchants Registry has an expiration date, check that your Registry is valid.
Single Permit
This single permit includes firefighters, health, Use Permit and any Internal Revenue license that applies. Everything will be included in a single permit.
The Single Permit is valid for one (1) year, verify that yours hasn’t expired!
Municipal Patent:
The Patent is issued by the Municipality where your business is located. This documento may be valid for six (6) months or one (1) year. Check that the one you have placed visible is up to date.
Other Permits: Depending on the complexity of your business, you may require other permits that must be visible in your business.
